Day 1 will include risk assessment\, the latest global falls guidelines\, evidence-based exercise interventions\, and exercise prescription to prevent falls Day 2 will include environmental modification to prevent falls\, promoting a balanced 24-hour day to enhance overall health\, motivational interviewing\, and brief action planning.
