Heather Macdonald, PhD, is a Research Associate with the Active Aging Research Team where she supports projects such as Choose to Move through evaluation planning, grant writing, data analysis, and manuscript preparation. Throughout her career, Heather’s research has focused on promotion of physical activity through effective interventions – first with children and adolescents in the Action Schools! BC study during her PhD, through to older adults in the provincial scale-up of Choose to Move.
